Petition Sheet - Signatures of Registered Michigan Voters
Each individual volunteer petition circulator (1 circulator "witness" per petition sheet) may download and print the blank Petition Sheet, as many blank petition sheets that each individual volunteer wants to download, to gather register voter signatures from for example family and friends. The registered voter must fully fill in his or her section information of the Petition Sheet or the Bureau of Elections will deny the signature towards the required 15,000 registered voter signatures. The Bureau of Election strongly recommends collecting twice (30,000) as many signatures as required.
