Petition Form - Signatures of Registered Michigan Voters
Volunteers may download and print (preferably on 24-pound thick paper) the blank Petition Form to gather register voter signatures information. The registered voter must fully fill in his or her section information of the Petition Form or the Bureau of Elections will deny the signature towards the required 15,000 registered voter signatures. The Bureau of Election strongly recommends collecting twice (30,000) as many signatures as required.
